  • Grande coffee Starbucks

  • 11.20a - 2 pcs. homemade pizza (heirloom tomato, goat cheese, mozarella, basil)
  • 12.50p - 2 Rolaids
  • 1.15p - 2 Tylenol
  • 3.15p - 1 yoplait custard style (banana flavor)
  • 7.50p - big spinach salad with 1 tomato, leftover tuna steak, sesame seeds, home made vinagrette
  • 1 mug of chamomille tea


Stress Relief Activity
yoga then evening bath before bed :)

**Notes-> 3.30p: My pizza lunch gave me major indigestion. Gross, but I have been burping and had heartburn all afternoon. WTF!? I had 2 small pieces and there was nothing "bad" on them. x(
